Mailbox not working.

Recently bought an app that don't work, got an email saying to send them more info .. and sent an email saying I sent everything and I get a reply 3 days later saying the mailbox isn't functioning.... What gives? 

I just want my 7$ back. Scammers

I used it for a day uninstalled and back to Gmail. Samsung mail *** bad.

I did this and I got a response through email I tried to reply but then that happened.
