Mark/Symbol on Brand New Samsung QLED TV

Bought a Samsung QLED TV 55 inch today, and noticed a mark/symbol burned to screen. Looks like a backwards VR. Anyone else seen this, have a solution or know what to do, or am I SOL.

Hi gg39, have you connected any external source to the TV? Please try the below steps and see if the symbol has gone.

Reset using the Samsung remote:

While the TV is on, press and hold the Power button on the Samsung remote for about 5 seconds > The TV will turn off. After a few moments, the Samsung logo will appear and the TV will turn on again.

Reset using power plug:

With your TV turned on, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet > Wait 30 seconds and then reconnect the power plug. Turn on your TV again using your remote.

Also, please check if there are any software updates available as these may contain a fix for your problem.
