NE59M6850SS- SAMSUNG DECALS FALL OFF THE FRONT PANEL

Hi,

I have owned the dual Samsung over for a little over a year.

I went to wipe the panel with a micro fiber cloth and the entire SAMSUNG logo/decal moved around, as somehow the glue that held it was completely useless.

The lettering itself is made from metal..as the letters moved it completely scratched the stainless steel panel around it and now it looks horrible.

Of course this just happened a little after the 1 year manufacturer warranty, and nobody can help me..even the extended warranty people wont help me with this issue..

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I now own a nameless stove, with excessive scratches that were not my fault, but due to poor workmanship on the decals. :(

I just found this post because the literal same thing just happened to me. Using just water and a rag. Ridiculous

I have the same stove and last night we noticed our letters are moving too. Did you happen to get any resolution for this? We bought ours, I think, 2019.

I have a different Samsung stove but the same thing happened to my stove. The N and G letters  came off. I bought my stove around 2021

What are you doing for all of the customers who have this issue? Why not offer free replacement decals?

I just bought a range hood and after installation, peeled off the blue protective covering and now the decal reads SIMSUNG, not SAMSUNG, 1/2 of the A fell off.

i spent 3 1/2 hours via phone and text and had the worst customer service experience of my life, I just want a new decal, how do I get it? And if I can’t how do I remove what is left without damaging the SS surface of the range hood?
