I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared data, put phone in recovery mode and "repaired apps" booted in safe mode and did the same steps above. I've made sure all notifications were allowed and went into my notifications made sure they were on and I'm still not receiving push notifications. The only thing I receive is friend requests. I get that notification but nothing else. I always have to check the app myself to see if anyone commented on my stuff or tagged me in anything. Sometimes I don't even get all notifications in the notification area. Anyone else ? I'm using a galaxy 20+
Hi RellyG, could you check if the issue lies in Facebook's internal app settings? You can try going to the Facebook app, search for the 'Settings' menu, then the 'Notifications' menu, and turn on the 'Push' toggle for each notification type.

I also never get Facebook notifications. Actually Havnt gotten any for months now. Only friend requests as well. I'm using the Facebook Lite app, but that shouldn't matter because all my notifications are on. Only way I can see is if I open the app.
My sister has the s23 and brother has the ultra if that makes sense anyways they both receive all their notifications. But glad to see that it's not just my phone having these issues. Atleast this way it's something that can be fixed i just don't know who to contact bc I've tried emailing from the google play store app no response.
Go into the Facebook app and in the menu section you will see a section for help & support. you can report a problem there. Emailing from the Google Play Store won't help, i doubt they even read the messages for Facebook.
