I just selected all and accidentally deleted exited went back in and it's all gone.

This is devastating.

Please tell me if there's away to get it back

Press on the 3 lines top left and check in your trash folder.

Unfortunately, it wasn't there.. I don't understand why...and there was soo much work I've lost. Thanks anyway. I won't make that mistake again.
