Redesign the quick settings panel. It looks plain and just boring compared to other phone brands. I suggest making the icons larger and making them resemble like the default One UI app icons and depending on what icon pack you have it will mimic the shape of the icon or mimic the style of it if you so chose
Suggestion 2:
Make the status bar icons larger and lower it from the corners of the phone just like in iOS. It just looks nicer and it's easier to see/read. Turn the battery icon to landscape or make it an optional setting in goodlock: Quickstar or default settings. Also please make an option to change the status bar clock font and in the quick settings panel as well

I think OneUI is not as beautiful as iOS, but it has the best UX overall. Screen interaction and button placements are way better than the other UI. OneUI has authentic design guidelines. Folloing another design will make it inconsistent.
