Since a couple weeks i can't synchronize my outlook calendar on the family hub fridge. After removing the account i can't get further then loging in (email and password) and then i don't get to the screen to accept which setting to accept. The Share Settings menu only says "Microsoft Outlook (null)" and below it "Calendar settings to display in Family Hub".

When trying to connect to a google calendar it works (but i dont use this as calendar unfortunatly)

I tried the red reset button for 30seconds and 2 minutes to restart the screen. Also resetting to factory settings didnt help till now.

Does anyone has any suggestions?

Hi, we would like to inform you please follow these steps:

You can add multiple calendars from Google and Outlook so you'll always be able to keep track of important events and reminders going on in your family.

Navigate to and open the Calendar app, and then tap Add Calendars.

Choose Google or Microsoft Outlook, and then sign in to your account.

Allow the permissions by tapping Allow.

To add another calendar, navigate back to the Calendar app, and then tap Settings.

Tap Connected Calendars, and then tap Add Calendar on the right side.

Choose Google or Microsoft Outlook, sign in to your account, and then allow the permissions. You can also customize your calendars to fit your preferences.

Tap Settings, and then adjust the following options in the Calendar app:

Start day of the week: Choose either Sunday or Monday as the first day of the week on your calendar.

24-hour clock: Tap the switch to enable or disable military time.

Event Indicator Dots: If there’s an event on a particular day, a dot will appear on the calendar.

This can be turned off by tapping the switch. Manage Calendar Colors:

Tap the color dot to the right of a category (such as Birthdays) or a synced calendar to change it to your preferred color.

You may want to check Microsoft outlook support for this. I'm using OneCalendar. MS sent out an email a few months that they were updating something to do with API and synching problems . Instructions incluuded removing and then adding back the outlook account. It also mentioned that some may have also had a null error that was related to a missing name. Hope you get it resolved as it is frustrating when things don't work like they're supposed to.

I am getting the exact same error as the first poster in this thread. Microsoft Outlook (null) when trying to add my Outlook calendar to my Family Hub refrigerator. Has something changed? I checked the settings on my Outlook calendar but couldn't find anything wrong.
