OthersThe LCD of my oven that has 2.5y as begin to flicker and it seems to be a know problem that is adressesd in the us forum. The main circuit board beed to be replaced.
Anyone has the same problem in Canada and got support from Samsung to resolve it?
US forum did confirm the issue but can't help Canadian customers.

OthersI am having the same issue although mine is almost 2 years old and for once did not get the extended warranty. I have yet to contact them. Seems like a worldwide defect. Think a company would replace these for free. Mine is also NE59M7630

OthersHi mine is NE59J7630ss, purchased with fridge washer for ~4000CAD and dilivered on December 2019.
Exactly the same problem as yours, my wife called Samsung for hours, finally succeeded to talk, they never mentioned it is a commun issue as what we noticed around here and US, they only provided service contact at our own expense( since warranty expired).
It is logical for me that it should be Samsung Canada fixing the issue. This is not a warranty issue as excuse, electric oven at this price is supposed to be durable, the same problem can not be found with overwhelming consumer report frequency.
I’ll try to go forward, the in case of non success, never purchase again this brand.
