On day first while I was setting up my s24 Ultra, the upper back side adjacent to the cameras the phone heated up more than normal. It was not plunged in to anything at all. Has anyone else had this issue? Please share your thoughts

When you're setting up your phone alot of things happen with the processor and that causes heating. No need to be worried. Phones works better when they are a little warm. My S23+ did the same thing when I set it up. ✌️🙂

As mentioned above, my S24 Ultra did the same thing while and after setting it up. Now there's no heat at all.

Hi, Don't worry it's true during the initial setup, phones often undergo various processes that can lead to temporary heating. It's generally normal.

Thank you Heuberto and GG2.

You may experience heating if you take a lot of high resolution photos using the 200MP camera or 8K video/UHD 60fps. Not that this would be related to your current experience.
