Hi, if anyone knows any trick getting the ATSC 3.0 to scan as my TV doesnt seem to scan Nextgen. I know there are some channels

available since i am at the Border of Buffalo. I saw a video on youtube that showed a scan of the same TV but in the scanning screen

there was Nextgen, DTV and Air. I am only getting DTV and Air. Not sure if i am doing something wrong or is there something that

i should be doing first. Please help since i bought this TV for that one reason ATSC  3.0

I have read today on the Amazon US site that one person has purchased the exact same

TV and he is also having issue with this and he as advised Samsung and they just dont know 

how fix this issue so i am beginning to wonder if this is false advertisement of Nextgen tuner.  its time that samsung come out and address this issue. I will never buy a samsung again. The software is awful. I cannot scan a single channel on its own, i have to rescan the whole thing over and over. The Old LG i have, i am able to scan single channels so i don't lose the previous scan. Samsung TV's are not a good product if your wanting to buy a TV for OTA. Customer Service is not great since they don't know themselves what the issue is.
