I am trying to buy samsung plus for my buds 3 pro which I got less 4 days ago. Whenever I try to enter the serial number for either the right or left bud I get an error: You can only buy Samsung Care+ within 30 days of EULA. Please try another device.
I have contacted support chat which referred me to care plus line they said they can't help, I have to visit a store. The nearest store is 3 hours away. Is it this hard to solve an error ? Any other tips on what I can do ?
