Hi, i am having a Samsung S22 Ultra with a weird issue with Samsung's default video player. It takes more than 30 secs to 1 minute to open closed caption in the default video player sometimes it won't even open at all!
I tried restarting the device uninstalling and installing back the video player nothing helped. The issue is specifically to only the Samsung's default video player. I tried MX player and VLC player both are having no issues with closed captions. can
someone please help me to resolve this issue with the default video player of Samsung as I don't want to use any third party applications to see the videos in my device.

Thank you!!

Hi, We recommend you to  perform wipe cache partition and see if the video is playing with default player.

Below are the steps to perform clear cache partition:

1.Turn off the unit.

2.Press and hold the volume up button and press and hold the on/off button. When the Android logo is displayed, release all keys ("Installing system update" is displayed before displaying the Android system recovery menu options).

3.Press the volume down key repeatedly to highlight "wipe cache partition".

4.Press the Power key to select. Press the Volume Down button to highlight "Yes" and press the Power button to select. When the wiping of the cache partition is completed, "Reboot System Now" is highlighted.

5.Press the Power button to reboot the unit.
