OthersConsider the following:
175 cm, 70kg, 26 years of age.
Samsung Health: 1907 kcal per day (registered workout do not change the value)
Samsung Fit 2 Pro: 2696 kcal per day (haven't checked before-after yet)
How is this even possible? They're synced so they're hosting the same data about my profile, and the registered foods, and more.
Also according to both, I should've burned 145kcal with some moderate weight lifting workout for 17 minutes. Sounds overly exaggerated, especially when the app I took the workout from (FitOn) calculates 40 kcal? Which one is correct? I noted the fitband kept clocking in kcal even during the 1 minute rest halfway.
The Fit 2 Pro I'm using was factory reset before starting the day, and I tried deleting the cache of the app after I noticed the huge discrepancy at the end of the day.
If this can't be solved I can't recommend either product, they're so wrong that they can be even harmful if taken for granted.
