Samsung internet on Series 7 4K TV, certain website keeps closing internet back to TV

Samsung internet on Series 7 4K TV, certain cam website lately keeps exiting the whole internet page...back to the TV screen. Never had a problem before, cleared data, cache, I don't think they let you reinstall explorer on the TV. Any other website works great, does this have anything to do with the Smart Hub?

Hi, we suggest you to perform the perform a Factory Reset.

When you perform a Factory Reset, all settings will revert to factory default. These settings include picture and sound settings, channel menu settings (including memorised channels), clock and timer settings, and other settings that you may have changed. In addition, if you had your TV professionally calibrated, you may lose the calibration settings if the calibration was not done through the service menu. Press the Home button on the TV remote control and then select Settings.

Steps for  perform a Factory Reset:

Select Support.

Select Self Diagnosis.

Select Reset.

Enter your TV PIN.

The Factory reset screen will appear displaying a warning message. Select Yes using the navigation buttons on the remote, and then press Enter.
