Samsung Pass, doesn't work for some website

   I've noticed some website, samsung pass doesn't work properly when trying to login.

For example the 407etr.com site, i believe becuase of the "forgot password" link is right on top of the password box. It will not login when fingerprint in, instead, it will trigger the "forgot password" page.

Hence, rendering this samsung pass login useless.

Same for hydro website.

Anyone else having this issue?

Hi, Welcome to the Samsung Members Community Canada. Please check if there is any update available and try to clear cache the app.

Go to Settings → Apps → Samsung Pass → Storage and click clear cache.

Get back to us with the results.

Did that already.. doesnt work, plus it has nothing to do with cache/storage of the password. Its a bug during submission... Im a full stack dev..
Are you randomly leaving message without even understanding the issue? I mean, all you need is to goto the website ive provided and make a fake samsung pass for it and see for yourself. (No need to really register for 407 cuz it wont submit the password)

The samsung pass works well for other sites.

Hi, We request you to register an Error Report from the Samsung Members app by attaching the system logs.

Open the Samsung Members app>> Menu >> Support >> Send feedback >> Error Report >> Send system log file.

With these logs, our team could analyze the performance and errors on the device and if there is anything related to the Samsung update that you have installed recently, we would push a fix through an update.
