Good evening everyone, after trying everything Ive read, purchasing a new HDMI 48gb/s cord etc, my new Samsung Q70A will not recognize the rogers box. It just states that it needs to be turned on (but it is on).. and trouble shooting does not populate a picture even when recommending a lower resolution (the small box remains black with no picture)
My PS4 is recognized but even using that hdmi cable doesnt fix the issue with the nextbox.
Hi Kalmah, If possible, connect Next Box to different TV and check if it recognizes. As PS4 is working on Q70A so it is not an issue with HDMI ports. It might be some compatibility issues with the TV and Next Box. We also suggest you to check with Rogers once.
