Samsung return guidelines need to be changed

Just purchased an m7 smart monitor not long ago and had some issues with video syncing issues! Went to start a return of course and had to be transferred to tech support not sure why for I just wanted to return it! They did ask the required things but it did not fix it! They wanted me to send it to be repaired! It was still under the 15 return policy and I said sure why not just return it and get another one! They transferred me back to customer services to start it, but that person was going to send me back to tech for the same process! I told him I just came from that Dept! So he said they will send me an email to start the return! 4 days later never heard or received anything! Contacted them again today and they said it is now over the 15 days plus it was opened and can not be returned! So all of that was for nothing and now I have a monitor that I am not really happy with! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE INDEED! I will probably not pay direct from Samsung Canada again because of this! If this was best buy I would have no issues with a return! If it was an apple product it would be no issues either! Samsung needs to review there return policy!
