Can you please tell us what is the model of your device?
It sounds like the ICI TOU.TV app is unstable on your new Smart TV, while it worked fine on your Apple TV. If you’re constantly needing to reload, reboot, or reinstall, there might be a compatibility issue or a bug with the app on your TV’s operating system.
Check for App Updates: Go to your TV’s app store and see if there's an update for ICI TOU.TV.
Reinstall the App Properly: Uninstall ICI TOU.TV, restart the TV, then reinstall it.
Try a Different Network Connection: If possible, test the app on a different Wi-Fi network or use a wired Ethernet connection.
Check the App Permissions & Settings: Sometimes, apps need additional permissions to function properly.
