Someone Is Using My Email For Samsung Account

My email is already being used for another person's account. (I made another email to create a Samsung account to register my phone and post this.)

How do I delete the account associated with my email? I can't get into the account because whoever used my email entered their own data (ie. birthdate) so I cant reset the password or access it in anyway. I don't ever remember receiving confirmation about this account or anything, either.

Something happend with mine on February 12 looked at it on the the 13 and just like I had no account what so ever and the app protection was shut off

I have exactly the same problem. I reached out to customer service and they are useless. They cannot delete or do anything to recover your email. So frustrating!
