I have a soundbar hw-t550 since 1 month and today she is in shop3 mode.

Sound level is always reset to 20.

What is the problem?

How fix it?

Hi, please try the below steps and get back to us with the results.

Press - and + at the same time on the soundbar make sure it's on this will reset and resolve issues.
