We are aware that many customers are experiencing shipment delays for specific models, and we wish to clear up some confusion regarding this.


Demand for the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy Tab S8 series of devices have reached a record high. Due to this, our retailers are having difficulty keeping up with orders. We are currently awaiting another shipment of devices from our manufacturers.


Your feedback is valuable to us. Our customer service team is working hard to ensure that every order is fulfilled as quickly as possible. All pre-order gifts and promotional items are guaranteed and will be delivered along with the devices as soon as inventory is made available.

Hi, I've written to the customer support team about my Tab s8+ I ordered and they still haven't answered me yet, so I'm gonna shoot my shot here. Is there an estimated date for all pre-orders to come out?

I ordered my s22 ultra 512gb on Feb 22 from samsung.ca... still waiting and samsung has no information when this will be in stock. But my credit card is already charged. I paid for it almost a month and still no sign of the phone.

Update: I received my phone today. March 21st 2022... ordered on Feb 22nd 2022.

Ben,

I am sure you have already heard of every complaint possible.  So there is no point for me to add to the same pile.  I am looking for more transparency and at least tell us that the container for these phones is stuck in the ocean or something.  People want an answer.  It s obvious you have no pull but you are the only one that us users here can contact but some sort of compensation is definitely something your team should look into.  I get an over cooked $50 steak at a restaurant and it gets comp'd.  I've spent $3k here and have no answers and no compensation.  Hope Samsung does right to all the loyal users and customers who were excited and pre-ordered their devices.

Ordered a s21 ultra in Nov last year but had to cancel end of Dec when I called and customer service said was going to be another few weeks and I was leaving the country. Ordered the s22 ultra fen 11th and still haven't Recieved a confirmation of delivery date and I'm about to leave the country again, so I guess I'll have to cancel again. As a very longtime samsung customer I'm very disappointed in their handling of their online orders. Seems as if we're not valued. For a global company to take months to deliver their own product is absolutely crazy to me and others by their comments.

Wow thought I was the only one getting disappointed with my order on February 10. I like so many others thought I would get my phone before carrier's but boy I was in for a shock when they took there money the day I ordered and all I have gotten is an email asking how I'm liking my new phone. Really disappointed to say the least. I still have no idea when I am getting this item that I paid for in full. I feel since we have been lied to from the beginning we deserve some kind of compensation for sure. They have been collecting interest from all of our money for no delivered product. All we get is a copy and past from Samsung_Ben saying sorry and if there is anything else I can do let me know. Lmao. I would go down to the cell phone store and buy the one I ordered but samsung has my money and I can't afford to pay for 2 phones while I wait for Samsung to return my money. We should be compensated

I have never heard of pre-ordering and having to wait while stores have had their products delivered. I ordered my tabs8 plus on Feb 24 and still my account says processing. No email updating me about what is happening. Worst customer service ever. Almost thinking of just cancelling and getting an iPad Pro. This is just silly!
