Hey Samsung Members,


We are aware that many customers are experiencing shipment delays for specific models, and we wish to clear up some confusion regarding this.


Demand for the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy Tab S8 series of devices have reached a record high. Due to this, our retailers are having difficulty keeping up with orders. We are currently awaiting another shipment of devices from our manufacturers.

I just received my s22 ultra after the dispatch notification just took 2 days and fedex delivered it

Mine was suppose to arrive yesterday live chat gets disconnected doesn't matter if someone says the delivery date is posted follow thru

Don't sell stuff if u can't meet the demand plain and simple customers will go else where and color of the device shouldn't matter either **bleep** service this year Samsung lost a direct customer for life

Yesterday my phone was preparing dispatch now its been shipped and get it delivered tomorrow before 12 pm.

I placed my order on Feb 12 and recieved it today march 17 around 10 am.
