Visual Voicemail

Does anyone know if it's possible to disable the visual Voicemail app. I think it installed with the June update. My carrier (Koodo) doesn't have my y A70 as a supported phone on their network. The disable button is disabled

There is no option to uninstall pre-installed app and not possible to disable it.

thought so. think it came with the June update cause it wasn't there before
