This is my 13 Samsung phone. Both official and personal, I noticed that every 2 years I have to buy a new one. It starts with screen blacking out. Which can be very embarrassing or freezing. Infact I have one doing that now that if I do not get a satisfactory explanation. This set of 4 I have now, will be my last Samsung phones both official and personal. It is not only embarrasses one but I lose appointment, businesses etc each time this starts happening.

Hi Evonons,

We are very sorry to hear this from you and certainly understand how disappointing that must be for you with recurring issues. The problem you're describing screens blacking out or freezing can be frustrating.

Can you please provide us which device are you facing this issue?

While no device should fail so consistently, here are some factors and solutions that might help:

Battery or Power Management Issues leading to power delivery issues that might cause blackouts or freezes.

Overheating: Prolonged use or running heavy apps may overheat the device, triggering blackouts.

Near-full storage can slow down or freeze devices, causing instability.

Thank you.

Which specific models did you use? I haven't experienced any of those issues with mine.

And why should it overheat?

If you run intensive tasks, it can overheat, such as recording videos in high resolution for a long time, gaming for long periods with high graphics settings, etc. Btw, this applies to any device, PCs, laptops, cameras, etc.
