Why doesn't Samsung give famous features for Canada?

I have loved samsung for 5 years now, and 2 years ago, I found this app, and thought it was great to communicate with other samsung users, but that's not the point, the point is that, samsung doesn't add beta features, etc. To Canada. Currently I'm in china with my grandparents, because my mom in 2023, left for quite a while, and then I this 2024 year, decided to also go see my, grandparents, and mom. Also in china, I bet there isn't any features here lol.
