After I updated my phone, I couldn't connect to shawmobilehotspot anymore.  I get, "Couldn't authenticate connection". Does anyone know what to do to resolve this issue?

I actually have two devices at my home. One is s20 that i didnt upgrade and its still working for shawmobilehotspot but the second s21 ultra and it stopped working as soon as it got the upgrade as others saying too! So, its definitely the upgrade issue and maybe you guys should look into that first rather than telling people its their phone's defect.
