So, we're trying to hook up an XBOX Series X to our 65" Samsung 4K UHD TV. All we get is a black screen when the Xbox is turned on. If we go to Multi-Link, we can see the Xbox menu and function through it just fine, but it only fills a small portion of the screen (not ideal for playing).

Anyone have any idea what's going on? We've hooked our Xbox One X back up and everything is working fine there. We can't figure out what's going on and we're pretty sad that it seems we just bought a very expensive paper weight!

Maybe a better HDMI cable is required.

Otherwise check that both devices match specs for HDMI and HDCP.

Hi, Please check the specifications of XBOX, as suggested by CynicalJerk84, the TV supports HDMI 2.0
