Missing E voucher from S21 Ultra purchase

Has anyone actually been able to get the E voucher in the Members App?

Mine is missing and Samsung has given me 3 different answers.

Someone on reddit also is having trouble getting the evoucher for preorder bonuses.

I did order, but directly from Samsung tho, not from a carrier.

Hi JDL613, Are you able to see the E-voucher under the "Benifits section" in the Samsung members application installed on your new device. Please make sure you entered the SIM card and the device is activated. Also, please make sure you have added a Samsung account on the device.

Could you please try again and check if you have followed the below steps correctly.
1. You MUST have your new S21 series device active.
2. Open the Members App on your new device.
3. From the main “Explore” page, scroll down to the "Benefit Section" in the Members App & click on the banner.
It will open up this detailed banner.
You need to click on “Download Coupon”.
4. You should use the blue button to copy the code to clipboard and then click on “View where to use” link below to go directly to Samsung.com where you can choose your Gift.

same problem, the banner is not there, I messaged the customer service and they say its probably because the phone is not supposed to be out yet!?

Are you doing it from a new phone? cause that's the key - it can only be done when you activate your new device... and restart your system after all downloads ... maybe even couple of time:)

All done but there isn't a Banner for this.
