Hello, I registered for the s24 event but never received the voucher that was promised...

I even signed up with another email just in case. But got none in both email.

This has happened a couple times now during previous events. Come on samsung

I havent received my voucher either. I have contacted the Online Shopping team twice already over the last 3 days and both times they just said tomorrow you will get it and that they dont have visibility over the emails going out. Surely someone in the Samsung team knows when they are being sent out? Very poor communication on this in my opinion.
