Samsung S21 promo

Anyone else having an issue claiming the live buds and tile promo.  Added to cart but now it won't ship the buds to my mailing address.

none left to claim....really let down....I chose the phone I did because of that promo....was going to get the model from the year prior otherwise...not happy...no phone and no headphones

went through this afternoon after a long cs call and just received the confirmation via email. hopefully it actually does deliver
