Samsung HealthHello, I have bought a Samsung watch active 2 a week ago but the watch does not record deep sleep. It turns out many people are facing this issue which is coming from the watch itself. Is Samsung investigating this issue ? This problem has been raised a year ago already. I have to mention that recording my sleep is the only reason I bought this watch.

Samsung HealthHi Mauud, You can try rebooting the watch, Hold down both buttons until the Rebooting screen comes up Or you can unpair and re-pair the watch with your watch.
