Have you own Samsung device previous?

Yes: Add the card and hit import card button and will load previous card and continue forward.

No: Then go to Samsung Pay setting, and look for reset app and tap. Select device you want to reset.
Then add Roger bank card in.
Hope this work for you.

I have s10, s21 Ultra and both have Rogers. Now I am planning to give my S10 to my little brother and keep the s10e. When I called Rogers coz I cant add the card on S10e, they told me to remove the card from s21 Ultra, which I did. Tried to add the card on S10 and wont allow me. Tried to reAdd it to my s21 Ultra, won't add back.

Have you try all these basic steps. Reset the app, uninstall, and reinstall back? Just your s10e or wait 24 hrs or 48 hrs slowly add card. There is possibility redflag activing card too much. It just my opinion.
Do you get automatic text message when your card is removed off? Depends on the bank itself. Not every bank send a deactive message.
