I tried both Samsung Wallet and Google wallet to add a gift card in order to use my gift card and every time that I go on to add the gift card it freezes. Why is that it's not fair? I had to starve last night.Because I can use my gift card....
That's really sad and can definitely understand how frustrating it can be when you aren't able to add your cards to your Samsung wallet and Google Wallet.
Did you observe any error message while trying to add them? You could try clearing the cache of the Samsung Wallet app. Settings > Apps > Samsung Wallet > Storage > Clear cache. If that doesn't work, clear data instead. Clearing data will essentially reset the app. After that, restart your Phone.
For the Google Wallet app also please perform the same to Clear cache data and check if you are able to add your cards.
