my secure folder is all time open without pin number. i think last updation problem. if any one have this problem. tell me how to lock this one . i tried many ways but its not working (S8 PLUS)
I have the S8 with the Secure Folder. Have you set up a pin code so the folder can be unlocked when you go to use it? Make sure you remember your pin. In order to lock the Secure Folder, on the screen where the icons are, tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner and you should get a pop up with 4 options. "Lock" should be the first selection on that pop up, tap it and that will lock the folder.
