this seems like it's an airpods problem? Unless Bluetooth volume output from your S9+ is low for other devices.

that's apples problem. Most airpods features are tied into iOS exclusively and won't work with android.

But anyways, after some research on android compatibility I couldn't find anyone complaining about low volume so this might be a problem with your headphones or with the Bluetooth on your S9. Try connecting to a Bluetooth speaker to see if it has low volume as well.

if you have air pods pro.. you can check those air pods on your android as well on apple also. you will find the difference. android can put the compatibility because it is open source. if samsung wana to do. they can manage the compatibility
