So, am I the only one who's noticed that the "Ring" option in "Find My Earbuds" has a 50% chance of being useless in finding your device? The infrared sensor gets covered a good amount of the time when you're trying to find it, and the device thinks it's in your ear, constantly unmuting it. My Earbuds are clean, so it's not a dirty sensor. Obviously it's a safety feature so you don't end up blasting your eardrums with a high pitched frequency, but you guys gotta add in an option to forcibly make it ring, and make the user check off on a safety agreement acknowling that we understand the risk. This would make life sooooooo much easier, I lose my earbuds frequently to be honest, and Itry to use this feature but it ends up letting me down over and over again. Please fix, I can't be the only one who's noticed this issue!

Hi, We request you to register an Error Report from the Samsung Members app by attaching the system logs.

Open the Samsung Members app>> Menu >> Support >> Send feedback >> Error Report >> Send system log file.

With these logs, our team could analyze the performance and errors on the device and if there is anything related to the Samsung update that you have installed recently, we would push a fix through an update.

I sent the report, but I'm not the only one with this issue. Here's a Reddit post describing the exact same issue: https://www.reddit.com/r/galaxybuds/comments/brbibp/issue_with_find_my_earbuds
