Galaxy Smartag2 not connecting

Due to an issue with my Work Profile, I had to factory reset my phone (Samsung Galaxy S24+).

I had to reconfigure my Watch 6 and Buds Pro2. I tried reconnecting my Smartag2 ans it's not doing anything. I tries factory resetting it as well but didn't work. I thought by replacing the battery it would be fixed but still.

Does anybody know how to fix it?

Sorry to hear that you are unable to connect the Smart Tag2 on your S24+ and appreciate your efforts in trying the necessary troubleshooting steps.

Please make sure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data: The SmartTag2 requires an internet connection to set up. Update the SmartThings app: Having the latest version of the app ensures compatibility and bug fixes. Check Bluetooth: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and that the SmartTag2 is within range.

I just checked all updates ans bluetooth and it's fine☹️ still not connecting

Hi DeezFelipe,

Please delete the SmartTag from the SmartThings app, which will initialize it so it can reconnect. You can then connect and register the tracker with a Samsung account.
