SmartthingsWe bought a Samsung NE63T8111SS slide-in range in Nov of 2022. Last week The glass cooktop spontaneously cracked. I was standing 4 feet away, nothing was on the stove. I head a pop, but did not pay attention. Later that day, I went to use the cooktop and as soon as the element turned red, I could see a huge crack. It is hard to see when the stove is off. Nothing has ever been dropped on the cooktop. I believe that there was a defect in the glass all along.
Most Interesting part is the warranty of one year is over and now the damage...HOWEVER this was NOT caused by anything we did. This was a defect in the glass. How can we get a replacement?
