Smart tag 2 replacement already defective

Just got this a few weeks ago and already getting low battery warning.

Hi, we certainly understand your disappointment with not getting more battery life out of your Smart Tag 2.

Have you tried to reset the tag by removing the battery and pressing the button and also deleting the tracker from the SmartThings app?

Are you still getting the same low battery warning?
