Galaxy ZHi VickyTB,
Sorry to hear you're experiencing this with your Flip 7's camera. To help us better understand the issue, could you please try the following:
Have you tried resetting the Camera app settings? You can do this by going to Camera > Settings > Reset settings.
When you take a photo, does it appear dull immediately after capture, or only when viewed later in the Gallery or through other apps?
Let us know how it goes, and we're here to assist further if needed.

Galaxy Zsame as mine, i tried everything from clearing the cache of the Camera app, from resetting, and tried to compare it with the Flip 5, Flip 5 photos are more sharp and Flip 7's is dull, dark and blurry especially the upper portion or when trying to take a photo of documents it is like having an auto bokeh or blurry surroundings but the center subject is fine. I tried several times i thought it is my eyes but it is not. Even my wife said that the photos are blurred. Very disappointing.

Galaxy ZHi sharurocks,
Just to confirm have you already tried the steps mentioned above and are still experiencing the issue?
Also, have you tried cleaning the camera lens to rule out any smudges or debris that might be affecting photo clarity? Even minor smudges can cause images to appear blurry or dull.
Let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist further.
