Solutions & TipsTo unpair or reset your headphones from a phone that you no longer have access to, you’ll need to reset the headphones themselves. This clears their memory of previous pairings and lets you connect them to a new device. Here's how to do it.
-
Turn off the headphones.
-
Press and hold the power button for 10–15 seconds.
-
Look for flashing lights or audio cues indicating a reset.
-
Once reset, the headphones will enter pairing mode automatically or after holding the power button again.
-
Once after reset:
-
Turn on Bluetooth on your new phone.
-
Select the headphones from the list of available devices.
-
Pair and enjoy!
-
