Go to settings, then connection, go to Bluetooth, there should be a gear icon next to said headphones, and an option to unpair.1758432960158.jpg

Hi MahmoodChoudhry51,

To unpair or reset your headphones from a phone that you no longer have access to, you’ll need to reset the headphones themselves. This clears their memory of previous pairings and lets you connect them to a new device. Here's how to do it.

  • Turn off the headphones.

  • Press and hold the power button for 10–15 seconds.

  • Look for flashing lights or audio cues indicating a reset.

  • Once reset, the headphones will enter pairing mode automatically or after holding the power button again.

  • Once after reset:

    • Turn on Bluetooth on your new phone.

    • Select the headphones from the list of available devices.

    • Pair and enjoy!

    • These are the general steps to unpair the Bluetooth device from a previously connected phone. If you are still unable to unpair the device, we kindly request you to reach out to the community and provide the model number of your Bluetooth device. This will enable us to assist you with alternative steps to successfully unpair it.
