I was thinking of using the flexible screen only near the folding area of the flip phone and use normal hard screen at top and bottom part. This way, phone will still foldable but more solid and less susceptible to damage. The flexible screen will be just get used where we fold the phone.
That’s a smart idea! Keeping hard screens at the top and bottom could improve durability, though integrating both screen types seamlessly might be a challenge.
