Bad experience with samsung s20+ green line lightsaber

exactly 1 year passed a few days, the screen showed 1 green line.

Even though the cellphone was not used for gaming, just for routine chat.

After reading the forum, it turned out that many people had this, the main suspect was the Samsung Exynos chipset which heats up quickly, affecting the OLED screen. Really disappointed with my favorite product, the Samsung S20. Heartbroken.

Took it to SC, said the warranty had expired, not covered.

Okay, spent money, replaced the LCD for more than 1.5 million.
After using it for 6 months, 1 green line appeared again, I didn't want to service it anymore. A few days later it became 2 lines.

Heartbroken with my favorite product. The worst experience buying a flagship cellphone.

Emang enggak coba buat email ceo Samsung indo buat mimta keringanan biaya? Asal device mulus pada dapet kok diskon gede

Harepan kecil sekali didengar, chat CS saja kadang balas dengan bahasa template. Ujungnya suruh ke service center. Minta biaya ganti sparepart. Diskon ga seberapa. Sampai 2x kena, sudah 1x ganti layar di Service Center Samsung Mangga 2 Square, kejadian lagi. Berbagi pengalaman, agar yang lain ga kena masalah seperti ini.
