I am writing to report a battery issue with the Samsung Galaxy S23. Despite maintaining the 'Maximum' battery protection setting, there has been a noticeable battery drain on my phone since updating to UI 7 on 2nd May. Could you please check and finalise it for me?
i mean battery protection won't stop battery draining, the only way you can stop this by waiting the next security patch, once available install it then battery drain should be gone
Yes i have same experience with you. My S23 got twice charged today and now going to third. Omg i bought this for 8 months ago however i really carefully to charge and use my phone. Hopefully this is about the one ui 7 and they fix this battery issue.
