This happened after the One UI 6 update. No screen breaks or scratches within the area.

I think green lines in Samsung phones became prevalent this year starting S20 lineup.
My Note20 Ultra had green line around 4 days after updating to OneUI 5.1.
It can be caused by dropping the phone, error in firmware update, or overheating.
So far, I haven't heard of it being a software problem yet. It you think it is a software problem, try clearing cache partition in android recovery menu, optimized apps in galaxy app booster (good guardians), or start in safe mode.
If it's a hardware problem, you need to have the screen replaced.

Same problem. Samsung refused to take responsibility. UI update 6 .0 didnt seem to fix the issue after it fried the screen after update gui 5.0 issue. If you want it to be at least usable, go to smoothness setting at standard refresh rates.
Screen burn stays but light bar disappears.

Sorry to hear that, but that's what I guess planned obsolescence by Samsung, that's why I'm video recording my device during the One UI 6 update so if ever this issue appears I have proof device is working fine before the update. If you have proof you can submit it to DTI.
