My samsung a52s 5g is having signal issues.

Even if I'm in just one place, i would suddenly lose signal, even if the signal bar shows good signal (and even mobile data shows 4G connection), i would not be able to make or receive calls (and won't be able to surf the net). Already tried restarting phone, turning off sim, turning on and off airplane mode, no improvement. Sim cards work well in another device hence i don't think it's sim card or network problem. Is anyone else having similar issues with the same device?

I have the same issue, I switched to another phone and I got full bar. Yesterday I got update OneUI 6.0 and android 14. I thought it's going to be fixed but still the same. Line max is 2 bars and sometimes went to 0 (no service). I got another phone I purchased from my brother Honor X9b. Put the same simcard and I got full bar. This has something to do with the modem driver as my experience before in Samsung Note 3, I had the same issue but when I flashed another modem from EU country it was fixed. But I dont want to do custom flash right now to avoid stock software issue.

Can any of your developer looking into this. Even my wife's phone Samsung A71 has the same issue with reception 2 bars max and it's better because it never went to 0. 

By the way, full factory restore won't help. It's the same. I do dozens of factory reset, wipe cache. nothing work.

Any update on this issue? I received update of Android 14 and OneUI6 few weeks ago but the signal is still bad compared to my other phone. Here is the post about this: Samsung A52s 5G weak mobile signal - Samsung Members

 

There is one solution that I can think of like I used to do with my old Note 3 phone with signal issue by rooting the phone and install custom modem firmware. But I do not want to trigger the KNOX security. Once I did that there will be no reverse as KNOX security is only 1 time fuse. So, please Samsung, I have been using your phone model since I was kid. Now I'm married and please do not let me switch to other phone as primary phone. 

Perhaps, release a new modem to fix the issue as I suspect this is due to the modem driver that it cannot handle signal well.
