Show details on lock screen notification when unlocked?

Is there settings or a feature to only show notification details when screen is unlocked like AOSP android in one UI?

In AOSP based Android, you have an option to turn this on, and when phone is locked notifications on lock screen will only show icons and app name, now with face unlock when the phone detected your face and unlock option were set to manual swipe after a successful unlock, all the notifications details will be revealed.

It's available in One UI 5.1. I can't seem to find this before in One UI 5.0, perhaps it was added in the latest update. Anyway this is the feature that I was talking about.

I have One UI 5.1 and android version 13 and I can't use the feature, may you help me to fix it?

Take this with grain of salt, but it happened to me twice on my phone and smartwatch.

So, the new features and visual changes, in some parts of One UI will not showing after an update, but one day I decided to factory reset, and there they are
