TabletsI do not normally take the time for this but being a Samsung guy for over 15 years, I needed to express myself today.
Just made a new purchase of the Samsung S7+ on samsung.com Canada and after not even 3 days of usage, my screen is not working anymore.
After more than 40 minute on the phone and being transferred 3 times, I'm told that I have to go to a services center that's more than 25 KM away to have this new tablet repair. This is time that I just do not have and it's not the kind of service I would except from Samsung.
Never did I ever considerer looking at something else since I owned a Tab E, Tab S and Tab S4 and that my kids are on samsung Tabs as well, but they just gave me a reason why. Simply unbelievable.
