Can anyone help me change my son's account in the A7 Galaxt Tab that I purchased for him to be able to connect to other Wi-fi's ? Even I try it always says "you don't have permission to change Wi-fi settings". I've tried several different things but nothing's working. I must be missing something 🤷?
That's odd, @candy8942! I would recommend resetting your network settings and seeing if that helps with the issue. To do so: Go into Settings > General management > reset > Reset all settings. Try and connect to Wi-fi again.
