Misallighed icon on homescreen

Anyone seen something similar? I know you can change the homescreen icon layout, but hoe do you change the bottom row dock icons spacing?

Pretty sure they are suppose to line up. Both have 6 icons and homescreen is setup as 6 x 5 grid

This is a new change in One UI Tab 4.1. You can now put many more icons in the bottom row than previous versions, and they tweaked the icon spacing to imply this change.
